The Company received legal documents relating to companies from the Royal Government of Cambodia (the legal documents contained in Annex 1.)  
– Referring to Letter 001 CDP / 14.04.2011 dated 14 April 2011 of Cambodian Investment Partnership, HE Senior Minister, Minister of Environment, requesting economic land concession of over 10,000 hectares for investment in the field. Agro-industrial plantation is located in the village of Preng Thom and Rovdouro commune, Chorm Ksan district, Preah Vihear province.
– The Office of the Council of Ministers’ Letter No. 977, dated 9 August 2011, agreed with the Ministry of Environment’s request by allowing Cambodia’s companies to invest in the field of agro-industrial processing on the total area 9,237 hectares for the past 70 years in the Kulen Promtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Preah Vihear Province.  
– According to the sub-decree Nº 206 on September 7, 2011, the Royal Government of Cambodia has set a management zone in the area of ​​Kulen Prabhupteep on a total area of ​​9,237 hectares to be a sustainable use zone. In the Preah Vihear province to provide Cambodian Company Plc. Investment Company to invest in growing agro-industry. 
– According to sub-decree 281 dated December 13, 2011 on the 9,237-hectare area cleared of the Kulen Pagoda in Preah Vihear province, it is classified as private property. State under lease or concession to invest in agro-industrial plantation.  
– Ref. No. 180, dated 28 December 2011 on granting to HE Moek Mareth, Senior Minister and Minister of Environment, Signed on behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia and His Excellency Keat Chhon, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Ministry of Economy and Finance. Developing 70 years of agro-industrial plantation development in the sustainable use of the Kulen Prum Thip Wildlife Sanctuary in Preah Vihear Province.   
According to Sub-decree 72, dated August 11, 1999 on the process of environmental impact assessment, said investment projects on agro-industrial plantation (rubber plantation and other crops) of Cambodia Investment Plc Located in the sustainable use zone of the Kulen Promei Wildlife Sanctuary in the village of Rolous, From Pring Thom commune, Chorm Ksan district, Preah Vihear province, which covers 9,237 hectares of cultivated land and 50 years old (as of February 9, 2012), it is classified into the category required to work. Environmental Impact Assessment is a type of agricultural project that covers agricultural, industrial, agricultural and forest land, ≤ 10,000 hectares. In agricultural and industrial crops (rubber and other crops), the company is divided into 5 sub-regions, with the sub-zone covering 2,000 hectares, which takes four years to complete planting crops (2014 to 2017) . Sub-zone 2 covers an area of ​​2,000 hectares, which takes four years to complete planting crops (2018 to 2021). Sub-zone 3 covers an area of ​​2,000 hectares, which takes four years to complete the cultivation (2022-2025). Sub-zone 4 covers an area of ​​2,000 hectares, which will take four years to complete the cultivation period (2026-2029), and the 5th sub-region, covering 1,237 hectares, which will take two years to cultivate crops.
