On September 9, 2011, the project submitted a proposal to set up a power plant from the former Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy, and approved on October 28, 2011 via Letter No. 1006, Pro. Due to the capacity of the project beyond 5 megawatts required to conduct environmental and social impact assessments, the project requested a policy proposal from the Ministry of Environment on August 20, 2012, and approved in principle for the first time. Due to the change in management structure and its lags, construction work has been ongoing until now.
