CES is officially registered at the Ministry of Commerce; having license  authorized by the Ministry of Environment of the Kingdom of Cambodia.  The company founded by Cambodian graduates of Cambodia, Japan and  Vietnam in various relevant specialties. On the basic of continuous  upgrade to synchronize with global needs and technology development; we  have strived to offer standard services meeting with customers’ and  society’s needs, enlarged human resource network, and also expanded  cooperation with local organizations and foreign environmental  enterprises for capacity building and technology-information exchange
